Returns Policy
We allow for returns 14 days from the delivery date in the case of sizing be wrong or damage to items during shipping. Brooke And Arrow does not pay for the return shipping to us but will cover the cost to ship a new item to you in the case(s) of an exchange or damaged product.

Please mail back the least expensive way from USPS. If there was a mistake on our side, we will reimburse shipping ONLY IF it was sent by USPS.
AS LONG AS THE ITEM IS IN PERFECT CONDITION, WE WILL ISSUE STORE CREDIT. IF IT HAS BEEN WORN, WE CANNOT. PLEASE LEAVE A NOTE IN YOUR PACKAGE EXPLAINING YOUR RETURN AND IF YOU WOULD LIKE TO EXCHANGE FOR ANOTHER SIZE OR GET STORE CREDIT. AS LONG AS WE HAVE THAT ITEM AND SIZE AVAILABLE, WE WILL SEND IT TO YOU. IF THERE IS A PRICE DIFFERENCE, WE WILL CONTACT YOU FIRST.
